Triage on top of your inbox: channels, priority, and routing that fit the queue you already work from

How it works
The InboxOps answer in three steps — channel, priority, owner; layered, not a replacement.
When one shift hands off to the next, half the inbox is unread — and nobody knows which of those messages still need a reply. The InboxOps inbox channel surfaces every submitter on a single screen with the original message pinned to the top, so the new shift always sees what is open.
In a shared inbox, an outage report and a feature request sit side-by-side with identical styling. InboxOps priority triage tags every message urgent / high / normal as it lands, so the team opens the right one first — and a quiet night shift does not turn into a Monday-morning fire drill.
Without rules, every incoming message is a coin-flip assignment. InboxOps channels route by source / intent / owner the moment a message arrives, so the right teammate gets it automatically and the rest of the team keeps their focus.
