Automate the Support Tickets Your Team Answers Every Day.

InboxOps uses AI to handle repetitive support requests and escalate complex issues to humans.

Works with your existing support system.

How it works

Four stages, one support flow.

Connect the inbox. Learn your voice. Resolve what repeats. Escalate what doesn't.

Connect

Plug your help desk into InboxOps. Intercom is supported on Pro and Scale; Zendesk is supported on Scale. During onboarding we import past tickets and your help center so the rest of the flow starts with real context, not empty assumptions.

Learn

We tune tone and routing together. Voice and policy are read from the tickets and help-center content you already have. In the first sessions we sit with you to set the escalation thresholds and review rules — those are the guardrails the rest of the flow runs against.

Resolve

Routine questions reply themselves. Repetitive, well-understood requests are answered automatically using what we imported, within the confidence threshold you set. Customers get a quick response; your team isn’t typing the same answer for the third time today.

Escalate

Anything uncertain goes to a human. Tickets that don’t clear your threshold — or that you flag for review — land in your queue with the prior conversation attached, so the next person picking it up has full context and can answer in one reply instead of three.

A ticket, end to end

What actually happens when a request lands.

  1. A request arrives from email, the web widget, or a connected help desk.
  2. InboxOps reads it, compares it to your past tickets and help-center articles, and checks it against the escalation rules you set with us.
  3. If the request is routine and the match is strong enough, InboxOps sends a tone-matched reply.
  4. If it’s unusual, sensitive, or below your confidence threshold, InboxOps routes it to your team with the thread attached — your agents respond with the full conversation already loaded.

Core Capabilities

AI that actually understands your support

Built for B2B SaaS and e-commerce teams who want to scale support without scaling headcount.

Triage, not a takeover
InboxOps reads what comes in, looks for a match in your historical tickets and help center, and either drafts a reply or escalates — your team stays in charge of the queue.
Sits on top of your inbox
Email, web widget, and integrated help desks (Intercom today; Zendesk on Scale) flow into one routing layer. We are an add-on, not a replacement for the help-desk UI your team uses every day.
Tone, set with you
Voice and policy are inferred from the tickets and help-center content you already have — then tuned with you during early access so matches read like your team wrote them.
Routine requests auto-handled
Repetitive, well-understood questions resolve automatically within the confidence threshold you set. Anything ambiguous hands off to your team with the prior conversation attached.
Where InboxOps fits

A layer on top of your inbox — not a replacement.

InboxOps sits between the channels that bring work in (email, the web widget, and your connected help desk) and the queue your team already works from. We add triage and routing; the help-desk UI, your agents, and your reporting stay where they are.

What InboxOps handles
Routing, priority, tone-matched draft replies for routine questions, escalation when confidence is low, the contact-form widget, and the inbox layer that pulls email and integrated inboxes into one stream.
What InboxOps does not replace
Your existing help desk, your agents' workflows, your reporting and analytics, and the way your team triages what gets a human reply. InboxOps adds an automation layer on top — it does not own the queue.
Early access

In early access with a small group of design partners. We work shoulder-to-shoulder on routing, tone, and escalation thresholds before opening for general sign-up.

FAQ

Questions answered

The five questions a SaaS support lead or Shopify operator asks in the first call.

InboxOps reads from what you already have — past tickets, your knowledge base, and canned responses — to infer tone and the resolution paths your team uses today. You set the escalation thresholds and the review rules together with us during onboarding, so the AI only sends replies a human would actually approve.
