About

Built for the support inbox, not the contact form.

InboxOps turns scattered inbound — email, widget, intercom, webform — into routable outcomes for small support teams, so every message lands somewhere with a clear owner and a clear next step.

What we’re building

We started with the surfaces a small support team actually touches and stopped there. The product is small on purpose — three things, done well.

A real channel, not a placeholder.

InboxOps launched with a working web widget — branded, mobile-friendly, and routed to the inbox you already live in. Not a "coming soon" tile on a roadmap.

Priority-aware routing.

Every submission is tagged (urgent, billing, bug, how-to) and pushed to the right operator or queue, so the loudest inbox doesn’t swallow the urgent one.

What we intentionally don’t build yet.

No omnichannel dashboard. No enterprise ticketing suite. No AI-agent soup. Small support teams don’t need a control center — they need fewer fires.

Who it’s for

Solo founders

You wear every hat, and the support inbox is the one that eats your evenings. InboxOps gives you a single queue with structure instead of a chaotic scroll.

2–5 person support ops

You’ve outgrown the shared Gmail label but haven’t outgrown the cost of a ticketing platform. We sit between those two — structured routing without a Salesforce contract.

Early-stage SaaS inboxes

You’re past the "reply from your personal email" phase. InboxOps gives your customers a real channel and your team a real workflow on day one.
